To increase capacity, these smaller, versatile fryers are banked into a 2 or 3 well batteries, but still present a smaller overall footprint. Cook larger quantities of your varied fried food items quickly and easily. These fryers have rapid recovery time, enabling them to turn more loads and easily handle those demanding sales periods.

  • Plenty of cooking power in a smaller fryer.
  • Rapid temperature recovery, even when cooking frozen product, yields more turns per day.
  • Computer Controller has intuitive user interface and provides accurate fryer control and monitoring. Fifty (50) programmable menu item cooking presets, energy saving Cool-Mode, Force-Filter control, Boil-Out program, Low Oil Level warning, monitors for error/alarm conditions, password security option, and multiple language selection.
  • Automatic Basket Lifts available as an option – automatically lowers and raises cooking basket at the beginning and end of a cooking cycle . Fryer is standard with a Basket Hanger Rack.
  • Centralized on-board oil filtration system; serves all vats … powerful ½ HP pump ensures a quick and efficient filtering cycle.
  • Vats have deep “cool zone” to help prevent carbonization of crumbs, extending oil life and improving food quality.
  • Heavy-duty casters, with front locking brakes.

Model GBF-50/2 or 50/3:

  • 2 or 3-well battery … 229 sq.in. (14” wide) vat … 18 kW cooking power each well (3-phase power only).
  • Filtration system has a sustainable, stainless steel, filter screen as standard … eliminates filter paper cost and waste.
  • Oil capacity: 50 lbs. (22.7 kg) liquid shortening (each well).
  • Product capacity (reference): 5 lbs. (2.3 kg) french fries, or 12 lbs. (5.4 kg) cut chicken.
  • Overall width: 2-well = 32-1/2” … 3-well = 48-3/4”

Model GBF-70/2 or 70/3:

  • 2 or 3 well battery … 355 sq.in. (18-1/8” Wide) vat … 20 kW cooking power each well (3-phase power only).
  • Oil capacity: 70 lbs. (31.8 kg) liquid shortening (each well).
  • Product capacity (reference): 5 lbs. (2.3 kg) french fries, or 21 lbs. (5.4 kg) cut chicken (each well).
  • Overall width: 2-well = 41-3/4” … 3-well = 61-13/16”
  • Optional features:
    • Oil Top-Off system: When needed, operator can add oil to any vat from an on-board fresh oil supply, practically “hands-free”.
    • Bulk Oil Management System connection: Built-in capability for direct connection to a customer provided bulk oil system– for either fresh oil supply, waste oil handling, or both.
