PRODUCT OPTIONS: GBF-50/2, GBF-50/3, GBF-70/2, GBF-70/3

To increase capacity, these smaller, versatile fryers are banked in a 2 or 3-well battery, but still have a smaller overall footprint. Cook larger quantities of your varied fried food menu items quickly and easily. These fryers have rapid recovery time, enabling them to turn more loads and easily handle those demanding sales periods.

  • Computer Controller with an intuitive user interface that provides accurate fryer control and monitoring. Features programmable cooking pre-sets for up to 50 different menu items, energy saving Cool-Mode, Force-Filter control, Boil-Out program, Low Oil Level detection/shutdown, continuous monitoring for error/alarm conditions, password security option, and multiple language selection.
  • Centralized on-board oil filtration system services all vats and features powerful ½ HP pump for quick and efficient filtering.
  • Deep “cool zone” helps to prevent carbonization of crumbs, helping extend oil life and improve food quality.
  • Heavy-duty casters with front locking brakes.
  • Optional Automatic Basket Lifts available to automatically lower and raise cooking baskets at the beginning and end of cooking cycles … Basket hanger rack is standard.
  • Optional Oil Top-Off system allows operator to replenish oil either from an on-board fresh oil supply, or from a user-provided bulk fresh oil supply system.
  • Optional Oil Plumbing provides built-in capability for easy, direct connection to a user-provided Bulk Oil Management system – either a fresh oil supply system, a waste oil handling system, or both.

Model GBF-50/2 or 50/3:

  • Overall unit width: 2-well = 32-1/2” … 3-well = 48-3/4”
  • 2 or 3-well battery … 229 sq.in. (14” wide) vats … oil capacity 50 lbs. (22.7 kg) liquid shortening each.
  • Three electrical spec options: 18 kW/3-Ph, 10 kW/3-Ph or 10 kW/1-Ph each vat.
  • Sustainable, stainless steel mesh filter screen is standard for the filtration system; eliminates filter paper cost and waste.
  • Product capacity (reference): 5 lbs. (2.3 kg) french fries, or 12 lbs. (5.4 kg) cut chicken, each vat.

Model GBF-70/2 or 70/3:

  • Overall unit width: 2-well = 41-3/4” … 3-well = 51-13/16”
  • 2 or 3-well battery … 355 sq.in. (18-1/8” Wide) vats … oil capacity 70 lbs. (31.8 kg) liquid shortening each.
  • Electrical spec: 20 kW/3-Ph each vat (1-phase not available)
