Giles Heated Food Merchandisers are designed with flexibility in mind. Display a maximum number of your menu selections while keeping foods fresh at a safe serving temperature. Curved, European-style, tempered glass front provides maximum eye-catching customer visibility. Various service configurations are available for all models.

Independent lower & upper heat controls for each pan well. Top heat is provided by an infrared ceramic heater above each well.
Accommodates 2-1/2” to 4” deep steam table pans. Customizable pan layout can be configured in an almost endless array of layouts, utilizing combinations of most every pan size … 1/4, 1/3, 1/2 or Full size. A basic set of pan support dividers is included ... some layouts may require purchase of additional dividers. Pans are NOT included ... provided by customer.
Available with different service configurations to suit most any situation. Fully attendant service, fully customer self-service, or combination of both (full-service + 2-well self-serve section at whichever end you prefer).
Mirror-tint, Side Glass and rear Sliding Doors.
Economical, shatter-proof, fluorescent lighting.
All stainless steel construction, easy to clean. Removable Side Glasses; pneumatic struts hold Front Glass open for cleaning & rear Sliding Glass Doors are easily removed & have easy-clean tracks.
A folding polyethylene (HDPE) 7-1/2” Cutting Board/Work-shelf extends across the entire width of the unit on the attendant side.
